Snack Shack
 Looking for 12 people who can assist in the management of the snack shack during the Spring season.
Also looking for someone who would like to make the Costco/Smart N Final runs once a week, and then unload at the Snack Shack.

Snack Shack Manager Responsibilities:

Assuming we have 12 people, it would entail 2 days per month.  The Snack Shack is open Monday-Thursday, an occasional Friday and all day on Saturday.  The shift during the week is from 3:45/4:00-close (usuallly around 8).  The Saturday shift can be broken up from 8-11, 11-2,  and 2-close.  All shifts can be VERY flexible.

The managers need to know how to prepare the food and keep items stocked.  This includes, the BBQ outside, popcorn, pretzels, churros, and drinks inside.  They will then have to supervise teams coming into the snack shack to work their shift or oversee the student workers hired.

If you have been designated to work the BBQ, please make sure your student replacement has been qualified to work the BBQ and advise them that that is what they will be doing.
